Omega have been arranging commercial finance for introducers and clients since 1992, and each member of our broker team has over 25 years of commercial lending experience.

We combine this experience with the latest technology to ensure clients receive the very best funding in the market and also the best possible service.

We have access to the whole market and are therefore totally independent. Omega are able to offer, to introducers and clients alike, impartial advice in all aspects of the Commercial Funding Market and, as experienced brokers, are full members of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers. Kevin Jones our MD is currently chairman of that organisation.
 

Omega provides commercial funding advice and brokering services to individuals, businesses and companies (both onshore and offshore) as well as assistance to many other brokers and IFA's throughout the UK, including several of the largest professional networks in the country.

Several lenders visit our offices every week demonstrating the depth of the relationships we have with commercial funding providers, and through these relationships we have access to exclusive finance packages and products from time to time.

One of the reasons for Omega's success with our lending partners is that we submit every application with a detailed business lending analysis which in many cases is used as the basis for the lender's actual credit submission.
 

We will:
 

• Select the best lender to meet the needs of every client
• Obtain a fast "In Principle" decision
• Collate all relevant documentation and information required by the lender
• Negotiate the most competitive terms available
• Arrange the lender interview where required
• Write and submit a detailed business and financial analysis to the lender for their formal approval
• Facilitate the valuer's site visit
• Liaise with solicitors to ensure the legal process happens as smoothly as possible
• Follow through and also provide updates on the case to completion
