At Omega we have many years experience in handling the placement of Investment mortgages for overseas clients, with a particular speciality for South African and Asian investors. We have working relationships with many of the household name realtors in SA as well as access to specialist property management companies to look after your investment in the U.K.

We can arrange funding for individuals, joint applicants, offshore companies and offshore trusts.

An initial appraisal fee of £250.00 is normally payable at the time of initially applying for a mortgage bond, but only when we are satisfied reasonably that we can assist with the funding. A fee of up to 1% of the mortgage amount is also payable, but only once our client receives and signs to accept the terms of a formal funding offer from the relevent lender. Naturally by this point full credit approval has been given by the lender and the survey carried out.
