Who we are

 
Omega has been arranging commercial mortgages since 1992 and were a founder member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.



Our MD Kevin Jones is currently chairman of the NACFB and has over 35 years in the financial industry. Each of our commercial brokers has at least 25 years commercial lending experience.



Because of our long standing connections within the commercial finance industry we are one of the few brokers who can genuinely offer a 'Whole of Market' proposition for commercial finance.


 

What we do


We arrange commercial finance – that’s pretty much it!


Omega only deal with arranging all types of finance for businesses, whether it’s property based, factoring, asset based or cashflow based for management buy-ins/outs.

We are not interested in residential mortgages, keyman cover, critical illness cover or income protection – any lender requirement for these ancillary products is passed directly back to the introducing Intrinsic partner to arrange and earn any resulting commissions.

 

How we work

 
We do not charge up front fees for initial discussions, we only ask new clients to pay a nominal one-off retainer fee, typically £250, at the point we are requested to proceed. This is refundable in most cases if we are wrong about our ability to achieve either the terms quoted or alternative terms which remain acceptable to the client.



No further fees (other than survey costs payable to the lender) are payable by the client unless and until they sign a lender’s formal offer of finance.



We are completely flexible in how we work with you - we can take over the whole process, dealing with the proposal from top to bottom and requiring no further involvement from you, just regular updates provided when appropriate - this means we can work with only a name and phone number from you. If you would rather stay involved to a greater or lesser extent that choice is yours, it does not affect the level of commission we pay you for the introduction.
